In this role you will build and lead a global SPS Supply Chain Design, Analytics and AI organization to turn data and technology into stronger business decisions. You will shape future supply-chain capabilities, drive AI adoption across SPS, and partner with IT and centers of excellence to ensure resilient performance in a health-technology environment. You will connect strategy with execution, scale AI from concepts to measurable value, and influence senior leaders across a matrixed organization.

- Own and evolve SPS process and data architecture design principles and strategy
- Create end-to-end supply-chain concepts aligned with regional strategies
- Drive innovation and transformation while safeguarding standards and data integrity
- Partner with CoEs and IT to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions
- Lead experts and managers to design processes, data structures and tools delivering measurable value
- Drive annual IT investment planning for projects and upgrades
- Transform SPS into a data-insights-driven supply chain to strengthen decision-making
- Shape and execute the SPS AI agenda, identify high-value use cases, drive adoption and scale value across SPS
- Drive parts-sales growth by identifying opportunities that create customer and business value
- Build and integrate a global organization across locations and leadership layers
- Build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders across SPS, IT, business and transformation teams
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 10+ years of global supply-chain experience in design, data science or transformation
- Master’s degree in relevant field
- Proven experience leading large global organizations and building high-performing leadership teams
- Experience in organizational transformation and cross-functional integration
- Strong capability in supply-chain design, analytics, process architecture and data architecture
- Experience with IT and business-intelligence techniques, methods and tools
- Ability to identify high-value AI use cases and drive adoption beyond proof-of-concept
- Track record of turning complex challenges into measurable results
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed environment
