Overview
As a Solutions Consultant (Presales) you will articulate the value of enterprise products to business and technical buyers and shape customer visions. You will work within a Global Solution Consulting team to align technical solutions with customer needs and feed market insights back to Product Management. You’ll lead consultative technical discussions, create demonstrations, and drive the pre-sales lifecycle toward closure. This role combines architecture dialogue, proof-of-concept delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to impact enterprise outcomes. A key hook is shaping product direction while delivering measurable customer value in AI-enabled automation contexts.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own technical alignment with customers during the pre-sales lifecycle through workshops and interactions
- Collaborate with AEs, Solution Architects, and others to evangelize the platform and architected solutions
- Work with Professional Services and Customer Success to deliver the solution
- Articulate business, technical, and architectural concepts to diverse audiences
- Create and deliver custom product demonstrations for the sales cycle
- Perform business and technical discovery and architect proposed solutions on the platform
- Manage and execute technical workshops and POCs onsite or remote
- Respond to functional and technical RFIs/RFPs
- Gather field feedback and relay insights to Product Management and Engineering for roadmap
- Represent the product at field events and conferences
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 3+ years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS organization
- Strong enterprise integration and automation knowledge across multiple verticals
- Hands-on experience with automation technologies, middleware, integration patterns, web services, enterprise messaging, APIs, and databases
- Experience with cloud-based enterprise software and cloud infrastructure
- Experience developing customer-specific value propositions and roadmaps
- Familiarity with the enterprise integration and automation vendor landscape
- Knowledge of how AI reshapes enterprise software; practical experience a plus
- BA/BS or equivalent education; Computer Science a plus
- Strong written and oral communication in English
