Overview
In this role you will provide technical leadership for a native mobile team focused on delivering high-quality Android apps. You will mentor developers, drive code quality and performance, and steer architectural decisions in line with best practices. You will engage with stakeholders to define scope and ensure deliverables meet expectations, while guiding feasibility assessments and risk reviews. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a native mobile development team (Java/Kotlin), boosting technical capability and productivity.
- Lead code reviews and establish QA processes to optimize performance and ensure coding standards.
- Ensure module process compliance, participate in technical discussions, feasibility studies, and risk assessment as a technical consultant.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and prepare status reports to support issue closure.
