- Perform thorough functional testing for system changes and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with consultants, payroll specialists, and clients to design tailored payroll solutions
- Lead process improvements and guide clients through updates and best practices
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Dutch fluency
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors EC Payroll
- Experience in payroll administration or HR background is an advantage
