In this role you lead a flagship high-rise, mixed-use development in Amsterdam, guiding delivery from construction through handover. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and commercial performance while coordinating with clients, consultants, and authorities. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead delivery of a high-rise, mixed-use scheme from construction through handover
- Manage time, cost, quality, and safety performance
- Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee procurement strategy, subcontractor performance, and contract compliance
- Implement project controls, reporting, and risk management
- Lead and mentor a high-performing site team
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 10+ years in large-scale building construction
- At least 3 years in a senior project leadership role
- Proven experience delivering high-rise or complex mixed-use projects over 100M
- Strong knowledge of Dutch or EU construction regulations and permitting processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage
