Overview
In this role, you lead a technical team focused on Appian development and driving Agile adoption. You oversee technical delivery of Appian-based solutions aligned with business needs and promote Agile practices across the team. You will mentor peers, conduct reviews, and push continuous improvement in both Appian solutions and processes. You’ll work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs, delivering high-impact, timely outcomes.

- Provide technical leadership for design, development, and deployment of Appian applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into Appian-powered solutions.
- Champion and implement Agile practices to enhance efficiency and delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot issues to uphold Appian development best practices.
- Mentor team members on Appian development and Agile principles, promoting knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Appian solutions and Agile processes.
