Overview
As Regional Procurement Manager, you lead a regional PR Category Manager team to secure commercial excellence and drive value across Europe. You partner with regional business units to align cost targets with business priorities and manage end-to-end procurement for a broad material scope. You will implement category management, optimize supplier performance, and steer the regional organization toward cost efficiency and profitability. This role offers high-impact exposure across functions, plus opportunities to shape sourcing strategy and supplier relationships. You will work in a dynamic, international environment with a strong emphasis on leadership and measurable results.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead a team of 4–6 PR Category Managers to drive commercial excellence across regions
- Act as Business Partner to regional business teams to align cost targets with BL priorities
- Identify improvement areas, explore cost reduction opportunities, and establish total cost of ownership with suppliers
- Deploy category management tools, metrics, and supplier management processes across regions
- Guide the regional organization with challenging objectives and development opportunities
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, finance, and other functions to align targets and execution plans
- Manage regional budget and develop annual plan with milestones and targets
- Represent the business internally and externally, maintaining ethical conduct
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Business Administration or Science
- At least 10 years in procurement, with 5+ years in raw materials
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to run projects independently
