Overview
In this role you lead the end-to-end NPI quality function in a high-tech semiconductor setting. You will align quality and reliability standards with R&D and cross-functional teams to embed robust processes early in Front-End development. You drive reliability strategies for new technology, manage risk assessments and failure investigations, and push continuous improvement across engineering and quality. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge semiconductor innovations and international collaboration, with a strong impact on product quality and process excellence.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage end-to-end NPI quality team with focus on failure analysis, reliability and quality
- Translate customer and business quality requirements into measurable engineering standards
- Drive reliability strategies for new technology developments
- Perform risk assessments using FMEA, 8D, DoE, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Support failure analysis activities and reliability investigations
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to improve process quality
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and quality
- Manage and report on project quality activities within multidisciplinary development programs
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master's degree in a technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in quality and reliability engineering
- Knowledge of semiconductor Front-End technologies (GaN / III-V desirable)
- Experience with statistical analysis methods and quality tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
