Overview
In this role you will lead Radware solution implementations for customers, combining technical design with hands-on deployment. You will collaborate with Pre-Sales, Sales, and R&D to tailor solutions to requirements and deliver on time. You’ll work from home and visit clients on-site to drive successful outcomes. The position sits within the Professional Services team, contributing to Radware’s trusted security portfolio and customer satisfaction.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Coordinate technical solutions with Pre-Sale Engineer
- Understand customer requirements and customize solutions
- Create solutions with detailed design docs (SoW, LLD, ATP)
- Implement solutions according to schedule and timelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation (liaising with back-office and R&D)
- Conduct technical workshops and consulting with customers and partners
- Build and maintain strong internal and client relationships
Belangrijkste vereisten
- At least 3 years of industry-relevant integration experience (Networking and Security)
- Customer orientation and on-site support experience
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with L2/L3 Switching/Routing, L4/L7 switching/load balancing
- Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, security consulting, SSL, IPSec
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper and virtualization products (VMware, KVM)
- Linux environment and scripting skills in Bash, Perl, or Python
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
