Overview
In this role you guide the development of display software for image-guided therapy within the Imaging Chain Cluster. You connect deep software engineering know-how with backlog ownership, roadmaps, and delivery commitments for Philips X-ray platforms like Azurion. You translate complex system needs into well-defined features, lead the Scrum team, and collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver maintainable, high-quality software in a regulated medical-device environment. You drive continuous improvement and contribute to innovation in X-ray imaging and display software.

- Own and prioritize the Scrum team backlog
- Prepare content for PI planning and align with technical roadmap
- Translate system and stakeholder needs into features and stories
- Estimate and roadmap features within the Agile Release Train
- Manage risks, dependencies and commitments across teams
- Challenge technical assumptions and guide trade-offs with technical peers
- Contribute to innovation in X-ray imaging and display software for Azurion
- Drive continuous improvement and lean ways of working across stakeholders
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology
- more than 10 years of technical software-development experience
- hands-on software engineering or design experience including C++11 or later, C#, legacy code, Windows environments
- more than 3 years of Product Owner experience in Scrum and Agile Release Train
- experience with model-based design, automatic code generation, software-to-hardware interaction, TDD, BDD and AI-assisted software development
