Overview
In this role you lead the Radiology Informatics Implementation Clinical Consulting team across Central and Eastern Europe to deliver high-quality RI solutions. You partner with sales and delivery teams to validate designs against clinical needs and drive successful adoption of Philips RI solutions. You coach a ~15-strong clinical team, shape delivery quality, and contribute to regional clinical consulting community. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping RIS/PACS deployments at scale.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead and develop a ~15-person Clinical Consulting team delivering radiology informatics implementation services across CEE
- Provide high-quality clinical consultancy for RI solutions including workflow analysis, solution design adoption and clinical integration
- Partner with sales and delivery teams to validate designs against clinical requirements and customer needs
- Guide customers through complex implementations, testing, workarounds and adoption of new functionality
- Educate and coach colleagues on RI solutions (vuePACS, vueRIS) and contribute to methodology and best practices
- Contribute to regional policies and the European Clinical Consulting Community to standardize delivery quality and consistency
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering or related clinical field
- 5+ years in clinical Radiology Informatics with RIS/PACS exposure
- Strong ability to structure complex clinical/workflow challenges and translate requirements into implementations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across clinical users to senior leaders
- Fluency in Dutch and English; German or additional European language is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Central and Eastern Europe (up to 60%)
