Overview
As an HCM Cloud Solution Sales Expert for the Netherlands, you drive strategic enterprise sales of SAP's SuccessFactors and HR solutions. You will own the territory, build a robust pipeline, and shape go-to-market plans with executive sponsorship. Your focus is to position sustainability-driven value and secure large-scale opportunities with named accounts. You will collaborate cross-functionally to expand market share and deliver revenue growth aligned with SAP’s sustainability and HR agenda. This role offers visibility to senior stakeholders and a meaningful impact on customers’ HR transformations.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own the Netherlands territory and drive enterprise sales for HCM Cloud solutions
- Develop and execute territory plans to generate substantial pipeline and revenue
- Create opportunity plans with value propositions for sustainability solutions
- Educate and align regional teams on sustainability solutions and their importance
- Lead sales cycles for sustainability-based opportunities and support market expansion
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to set targets for net-new revenue within inside accounts
- Shape go-to-market and account plans within established SAP customers
- Identify and develop new accounts for sustainability solutions
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor
- Strong interest in sustainability and HR solutions
- In-depth knowledge of the Netherlands market and network
- Professional ethics and excellence
- Experience communicating with C-level executives
- Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
- Self-starter in dynamic environments
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- 7+ years in software sales with 5+ years selling HCM Cloud apps (or 7+ years in pure HR/HR management)
