Overview
In this role, you partner with IT Leadership to steer financial planning, budgeting, and performance analytics for the IT function. You bridge IT and Finance, translating project and service changes into budgetary impact and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. You will drive cost optimization, governance, and continuous improvement across IT spend. The opportunity combines strategic finance with technology insight to support global IT initiatives and centre of excellence programs.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage the IT budget process and ongoing financial reporting in collaboration with IT leadership
- Serve as the liaison between IT and Finance, providing expert insights on IT spend and budgeting
- Develop, validate and present business cases and financial KPIs (NPV, IRR) for IT initiatives
- Support capital investment processes, including gate reviews and projections
- Assess impact of contracts (projects, services, hardware, software) on staffing and future spend
- Implement tools to assess projects and initiatives and enable data-driven decisions
- Provide analyses to support strategic IT programs (global support model, new COEs, outsourcing)
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, improved controls, and process efficiencies
- Lead continuous improvement and change management to simplify IT finance processes
- Support strategic analyses for Business Support Center as directed by CIO
- Occasional travel to IT locations and Centers of Excellence
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Experience in Finance or Accounting
- Experience in a Finance/Accounting role supporting an IT or technology-based organization
- Experience advising and influencing executive leadership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Results-oriented with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of ERP/BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion/Essbase, BPC) preferred
- BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 8–10 years of relevant experience
