Overview
In this role you drive growth for Hospital Automation by partnering with sales and cross-functional teams. You will develop opportunity funnels, quote proposals, and close deals while supporting lead generation and tender responses. You’ll demonstrate solutions to clinicians and executives, collaborating with Project, Delivery, and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You act as the customer advocate, translating needs into actionable product improvements and coordinating with clinical, marketing, and engineering teams. This role offers meaningful impact by advancing automated healthcare capabilities across acute and alternate care settings.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Develop the opportunity funnel and revenue for the Hospital Automation portfolio
- Support Sales in lead generation, qualification, proposals, tenders, and closing deals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for diverse healthcare audiences
- Collaborate with Project Manager on connectivity projects in Acute and Alternate Care
- Coordinate with Delivery and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support Technical, Clinical and Sales teams in implementing and maintaining solutions
- Advocate for customers and bridge needs with global specialty teams
- Collaborate with central teams to implement company strategy and gather regional data
- Conduct competition and market analysis
- Provide product improvements and enhancements
- Participate in local Sales/Marketing events
- Train Sales & Clinical Systems teams
- Collaborate with 3rd parties (Medical device companies, HIS/EMR) to enable projects
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Experience in Informatics (Infrastructure, Network, Database, Cloud Computing) and/or Hospital IT
- Experience in Sales / Pre-sales activities
- Knowledge of interoperability standards (IHE, HL7)
- Understanding of hospital workflows (ICU, Perioperative care) and healthcare ecosystem
- Fluent English; French and Dutch a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or similar level in healthcare sciences or IS-IT / Biomedical Engineering preferred
