As Associate Director of Data Science, you will lead AI/ML, GenAI, and advanced analytics initiatives that transform Global Supply Chain operations and enable reliable delivery of medicines. You’ll build and scale a global digital capability, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting, inventory, and performance. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design and deploy AI/GenAI and advanced analytics solutions for end-to-end supply chain transformation
- Lead development of scalable digital products and analytics applications using large datasets
- Establish and scale the India-based Global Supply Chain Digital capability team with governance and delivery processes
- Provide leadership for global data science and digital development teams across onshore and offshore sites
- Partner with business, IT, and data engineering to deliver robust analytics solutions
- Create impactful visualizations and executive insights to inform strategic decisions
- Explore emerging technologies and modern data science practices to boost capabilities
- Lead productivity analytics initiatives with KPIs to drive operational excellence
- Mentor Digital/Data Science staff and foster innovation and collaboration
