Overview
In this role you will develop embedded software for high-tech systems, primarily for semiconductor, analytical, and medical equipment industries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams from Delft and client sites to deliver reliable software on Linux-based platforms. You will design modular architectures and create Qt-based interfaces for system control, while debugging complex embedded applications. You contribute to system architecture and technical roadmaps, driving impactful, scalable solutions. This is a hands-on position at the intersection of software, hardware, and mechatronics.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Develop embedded software in C++ for advanced high-tech systems
- Build and optimize applications on Linux-based platforms
- Design modular and maintainable software architectures
- Develop graphical interfaces using Qt for machine and system control
- Debug and analyze complex embedded systems
- Collaborate with electronics and mechatronics engineers in multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to system architecture and technical roadmaps
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 2-3 years of experience in technical software development
- Recent experience with C++, Qt, Linux and embedded environments
- Understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of mechatronics is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering or similar
