Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end supply chain performance at the Medemblik site, ensuring on-time delivery and excellent customer service. You lead a multifunctional team within Cytiva’s global matrix and collaborate across functions to balance demand, inventory, and working capital. You’ll manage production planning, material availability, and risk mitigation, while embedding continuous improvement. This on-site leadership role offers a chance to shape operational excellence in a life sciences manufacturing environment and make a tangible impact on patients and customers.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead end-to-end supply chain performance with emphasis on on-time delivery and service levels
- Drive production planning, inventory and distribution management to balance demand, efficiency and working capital
- Manage material planning and availability, proactively mitigating supply risks
- Partner with Customer Service as primary contact for supply and service issues and ensure outstanding customer experience
- Lead, coach and develop planning, logistics, and supply chain teams
- Collaborate with operations, customers and global stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 10+ years of manufacturing supply chain leadership with end-to-end planning and customer satisfaction ownership
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Strong ERP experience, preferably SAP and Oracle
- Background in manufacturing with track record in operational excellence and service performance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields
- Experience in global matrix organizations and cross-functional influence
- English mandatory; Dutch a plus
- Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences, medical devices, pharma, or healthcare preferred
- Lean Green Belt or Black Belt or other continuous improvement credentials preferred
