Overview
In this role you will lead SHEQ across Videojet Europe’s distribution and manufacturing operations, shaping a culture of safety, quality and sustainability.
You will partner with the Management Team to drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance and support operational excellence.
You will mentor a small Quality team and influence across functions, including crisis management and business continuity.

- Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead Safety, Health and Environment activities ensuring compliance with RI&E, legislation, inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations and EHS policies
- Drive environmental and sustainability initiatives including pollution prevention, waste and energy reduction, EED, ISO 14001, ESG, and CSRD
- Lead Quality management, ensuring adherence to ISO and internal standards, support root cause analysis and corrective actions, maintain audit and inspection documentation
- Oversee laboratory activities, including equipment, testing, and management of recipes and item setup for inks, make-ups, and cleaners
- Lead and develop a team of three Quality professionals, mentor production and warehouse teams on SHEQ topics, and coordinate safety training
- Partner across the organization as part of the Management Team, support crisis management, lead VGWM committee, and liaise with Works Council
- Act as back-up for Production Manager during holidays or sickness
- Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
- 3–5 years of SHEQ/EHS and/or Quality experience in manufacturing or industrial environment; experience in printing, coding and packaging, chemical, or food industries preferred
- Experience implementing EHS programs, audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and quality management systems, ISO standards
- Experience with management systems, ATEX, and digital EHS platforms such as Cority or Gensuite desired
- Fluency in English and Dutch
