As Senior Microsoft 365 Specialist at Lely, you lead the Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services team, shaping secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. You translate business needs into practical platform enhancements and drive governance, architecture, and security across the estate. You collaborate with stakeholders and architects to define the roadmap and adopt innovations like Copilot for AI-powered collaboration. You mentor colleagues and ensure a future-proof digital workplace across our international organization.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own and continuously improve Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services focusing on SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Translate business needs into secure, scalable, and user-friendly Microsoft 365 solutions
- Lead governance, architecture, security, and compliance initiatives across the Microsoft 365 landscape
- Coordinate complex incidents, changes, and releases while safeguarding continuity and service quality
- Guide and coach Microsoft 365 Specialists and key users, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
- Shape the Microsoft 365 roadmap together with business stakeholders, architects, and strategic partners
Belangrijkste vereisten
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, adoption, and governance
- Microsoft certification, preferably Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
- Knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and Entra ID
- Demonstrable experience designing Microsoft 365 environments and translating governance and security principles into a stable platform
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
- Experience coaching colleagues and sharing expertise within a Microsoft 365 team
- Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
