As a Multi-Site Quality Engineer, you lead quality improvement across our manufacturing network, linking plants with Technical Control Labs to boost product quality. You partner with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, IT and Marketing to resolve manufacturing challenges and enable new product introductions. You will drive best-in-class quality systems and mentor quality teams across sites. - Lead quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites
- Support plant leadership in driving quality performance and operational excellence
- Manage investigations and resolve manufacturing and technical issues using Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis
- Support new product commercialization, product transfers, and acquisition integrations
- Drive implementation of quality-related systems, processes, and digital tools
- Deliver training and guidance to quality teams across multiple sites
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor in a technical or engineering-related field
- 3+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical Services, or Product Development
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
