Overview
In this role, you ensure reliable and secure IT operations that underpin Swift’s global financial messaging network. You will work within a cross-functional environment to maintain availability, implement changes, and improve resilience. You’ll handle day-to-day administration, incident resolution, and automation to meet service levels. This is a hands-on position in a security-conscious, on-call operations context with global impact.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Perform day-to-day system administration and deployment tasks including OS/VM configuration and testing
- Resolve incidents and implement corrective actions aligned with SLAs
- Deploy releases and updates following Change Management
- Participate in planning and execution of system/network projects with risk mitigation
- Collaborate with network services, systems engineering, and application development to ensure service availability and root-cause analysis
- Automate administrative tasks and enhance system monitoring for efficiency
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of resilience design and operational principles
- Maintain secure configurations and daily security posture
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5+ years in a similar IT/system administration role
- Strong Windows OS knowledge and domain administration (Active Directory, GPO)
- Experience with SCCM or Intune
- Networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP)
- VMware virtualization knowledge
- PowerShell scripting proficiency
- Fluent English; French or Dutch is a plus
- On-call support rotation experience
- Attention to security and compliance in daily work
