Overview
You will join a growing engineering group to shape and operate a modern OpenShift platform that hosts critical applications. As a hands-on Senior SRE, you’ll drive reliability, observability, automation and operational excellence at enterprise scale. You’ll collaborate with cross‑border teams to define reliability standards and help development squads adopt cloud-native tech. This role offers the chance to impact platform resilience, security and user experience in a global financial context. You will be at the core of transforming how Swift runs its platform reliably and at scale.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Shape and operate the enterprise OpenShift platform for high availability and scalability
- Design and implement observability across metrics, logs and traces
- Define and evolve SLIs, SLOs and SLAs to drive reliability improvements
- Develop and maintain scalable monitoring and logging with ELK stack
- Onboard workloads to the platform with application teams and promote SRE best practices
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis and post-incident learning
- Develop platform services on OpenShift to improve customer experience, security and efficiency
- Operate and upgrade OpenShift clusters including lifecycle management and security compliance
- Collaborate across platform engineering and application onboarding squads
- Eliminate toil through automation and self-service capabilities
- Automate operations with Infrastructure as Code, GitOps
- Participate in on-call rotation to maintain business-critical services
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Proven experience as SRE, Platform Engineer or Senior DevOps in complex production environments
- Hands-on OpenShift and/or Kubernetes expertise
- Experience designing/operating observability (logging, monitoring, alerting)
- Experience defining/managing SLIs, SLOs, SLAs and error budgets
- Strong knowledge of production operations, incident response and reliability principles
