Overview
In this role you will manage PKI-CLM infrastructures for clients, ensuring high availability, security, and reliable operation. You will work with leading PKI technologies to protect keys and certificates and resolve incidents promptly. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize configurations, document procedures, and monitor performance. The position offers growth through training, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to service reviews in a dynamic, security-focused environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Oversee PKI-CLM infrastructure for high availability and performance
- Maintain security related to exchange and storage of public keys and certificates
- Monitor PKI-CLM systems and security; proactively resolve issues
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Provide technical support to clients for functional or security issues
- Create and maintain configurations, policies, and operation documentation
- Collaborate with engineers, IT staff, and clients to execute tasks
- Mentor and train junior engineers and share best practices
- Manage daily operations including configuration, lifecycle, capacity, and performance
- Ensure SLA and KPI compliance for clients
- Contribute to service reviews and client reports with Service Delivery Managers
- Plan, execute, and document customer-requested changes; participate in CAB meetings
Belangrijkste vereisten
- General knowledge of PKI-CLM infrastructures
- Experience with network vendors (Juniper, Cisco, Arista, or Nokia)
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, VPN, IPSec
- Understanding of SSL/TLS and SSH security protocols
- Experience as Windows or Linux administrator
- Diagnosis of Windows Server platforms and Microsoft SQL Server clusters
- Familiarity with Keyfactor applications and diagnostics
- Familiarity with Venafi machine identification applications
- Familiarity with Thales Luna HSM applications and diagnostics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- PowerShell scripting (preferred)
- Kubernetes (preferred)
- Load balancing (preferred)
