Overview
As a Solution Delivery Specialist you will focus on order automation and process improvements within the Solution Delivery team. You’ll configure and optimize order processing tools, contribute to automation targets, and promote adoption of new technologies. You will work with cross-functional teams to remove automation blockers and support GCX initiatives that improve customer experience. This role offers ongoing learning, collaboration, and a chance to shape automation in a global healthcare context.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Configure, maintain, and optimize order processing solutions (e.g., Esker and EDI) for accurate, efficient order entry
- Support achievement of EMEA and local automation targets
- Drive process improvements by piloting and implementing new tools and ideas
- Identify automation blockers at EMEA and country level and support resolution projects
- Ensure timely task completion with proper documentation and adherence to policies
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and best practice sessions to boost automation objectives
- Support deployment and adoption of GCX solutions for internal and external customers
- Leverage expertise to address operational challenges and contribute to GCX and broader goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation opportunities
- Monitor/process performance and recommend efficiency and quality improvements
