Overview
In this role you will support Dutch entity clients by maintaining financial administration, preparing annual accounts, and handling day-to-day accounting tasks under supervision. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team of accountants and lawyers in a boutique Amsterdam office that serves international clients. This position offers growth within a fast-growing, international environment and exposure to compliance, reporting, and audit coordination.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Set up and maintain client administrations
- Liaise with clients on financial matters
- Prepare statutory annual accounts
- File accounts with local authorities
- Prepare periodic financial reports
- Assist with day-to-day client activities
- Prepare and file VAT reports
- Liaise with auditors and tax advisors
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Academic degree in Accountancy, Finance, and Economics
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience (trust sector, accounting firm, or corporate service provider)
- Basic knowledge of Dutch VAT
- Basic knowledge of Dutch GAAP
- Knowledge of IFRS (preferred)
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and be flexible
