Overview
In this role you own and evolve the Workday platform for a fast-growing European fitness group. You translate complex HR/business needs into robust Workday solutions across Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Scheduling, Reporting, and Integrations. You collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll and Finance to drive scalable, compliant outcomes in a multi-country environment. You’ll lead release cycles and continuously improve HR tech to support business growth and member-facing operations. This is a hands-on, strategic technical leadership role with real impact.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own and configure Workday Core HCM and related processes (supervisory organizations, job structures, business processes, rules, validations, and eligibility)
- Lead configuration and optimization of Time Tracking, Absence, and Scheduling (accruals, calendars, rules, time entry, approvals, audits)
- Take end-to-end ownership of Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, Workday Studio) including design, testing, monitoring and issue resolution
- Design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards; manage data quality and security according to least-privilege principles
- Lead Workday release cycles (impact assessment, testing coordination, change documentation, stakeholder communication)
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to streamline HR processes and user experience
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance and external partners to translate requirements into best-practice solutions
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience in a senior HRIS, Workday Consultant, or Techno-Functional role
