Join Nutanix as a Senior Systems Engineer, Global Accounts, to guide technical outcomes for Nutanix’s most strategic customers. You will engage with C-suite and key technologists to align technology with business goals and lead transformational initiatives across global accounts. Bring deep expertise in virtualization, AI, Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures to influence adoption and roadmaps. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value and contribute to industry thought leadership.

- Lead technical advisor for strategic global accounts and drive business and technology outcomes
- Build relationships with executives, architects, and technical stakeholders to influence strategic decisions
- Engage with C-suite to articulate Nutanix value and support high-impact initiatives
- Provide deep technical expertise across Nutanix solutions and adjacent technologies
- Act as a future technology expert guiding trends such as AI, Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and hybrid multicloud
- Lead technical strategy, solution development, and executive presentations for complex opportunities
- Serve as escalation point and executive sponsor for critical customer challenges
- Represent Nutanix at industry events and customer forums through thought leadership
- Mentor systems engineering colleagues and share best practices
- Support strategic opportunities globally as needed, including traveling up to ~50%

- 8+ years in technical pre-sales, systems engineering, or similar customer-facing role
- Proven success with large enterprise or global accounts and measurable business outcomes
- Deep expertise in virtualization, storage, AI, Kubernetes, cloud technologies, and modern infrastructure
- Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders (CIO/CTO/Chief Architects)
- Strong independence and cross-functional collaboration with sales and teams to drive customer success
