Overview
In this role you will lead the development and execution of OMRON Healthcare EMEA’s business and financial plans, ensuring strategic clarity and cross‑functional alignment with global strategy. You will drive performance reviews, monitor progress, and partner with commercial, finance, and operations to support sustainable sales growth and resilient performance across the region. You will translate data into actionable inputs for decision‑making and governance across senior leadership. This is a strategic, impact‑driven role in a multinational healthcare environment.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Contribute to annual, mid‑term, and long‑term business and financial planning aligned with global strategy
- Coordinate annual budget, quarterly performance reviews, and mid‑term strategy discussions
- Track strategic initiatives and performance metrics; identify gaps and drive corrective actions
- Lead monthly and mid‑month reporting with insights for stakeholders and headquarters
- Facilitate Management Team meetings and support senior management business reviews
- Ensure governance standards and corporate management rules are applied consistently across EMEA
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
- 7–10 years of strategic planning experience across multiple EMEA markets
- Strong commercial insight and knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, corporate finance, and consolidation
- Experience in FMCG or healthcare in a multinational environment (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills; engaging with senior stakeholders across functions and cultures
- Professional fluency in English and Japanese (written and verbal)
