Overview
In this role you drive strategic business development and customer engagement in the power electronics value chain for data center and grid-level applications. You identify high-potential opportunities and manage key accounts to align with Delta’s strategic objectives. You monitor market and technology trends to shape account and growth strategies. You oversee full lifecycle management with customers to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction. You work with product management, applications, and operations to deliver competitive, timely solutions and contribute to regional growth.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Identify and develop high-potential business opportunities in data center and grid-level power electronics
- Manage key accounts and ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction
- Track market ecosystem changes and technology trends (Hydrogen, HVDC, UPS, EaaS) and reflect them in strategies
- Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to regional growth objectives
- Collaborate with product management, application engineering, and operations to deliver competitive solutions
- Provide regular reporting, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasts
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5+ years' experience in power electronics
- 2+ years' experience focusing on energy infrastructure-related products
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience managing grid-connected power conversion systems and critical power infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated track record of customer-facing solution delivery and win-win outcomes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
- Business fluency in English; French or German a plus
