Overview
In this role you act as the dedicated functional expert for the Workforce HRIS sub-domain, owning absence management, time tracking and scheduling. You bridge local HR needs with scalable Workday solutions, ensuring smooth usage and end-to-end requirements. You lead discovery, design and workshops while guiding cross-functional teams and offshore partners. You drive standardization with country-specific adaptations when needed, shaping end-to-end HR processes and system architecture. This is an opportunity to influence HRIS at scale within a dynamic, international environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Unpack local HR requests using the five whys to distinguish business need from proposed system solutions
- Observe day-to-day HR operations to identify edge cases and friction points
- Lead solution design and Adopt-vs-Adapt workshops, starting with standard Workday functionality
- Maintain deep functional knowledge of absence management, time tracking and scheduling within the Workforce sub-domain
- Collaborate with the HRIS Product Manager and Tech Lead to align functional choices with the broader system architecture
- Oversee implementation by internal, external, onshore, offshore teams while ensuring compliance and localization constraints
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Hands-on HRIS architectural depth with functional capability
- Workday experience preferred
- Track record of end-to-end HR process improvement
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative pushback能力
- Experience with organizations with significant frontline personnel (retail or hospitality)
- Fluent in English; Dutch/French/Spanish/German a plus
