Overview
In this role you own the Core HCM HRIS sub-domain and act as the bridge between local HR needs and scalable Workday-based solutions. You will guide end-to-end HR process improvements, lead workshops, and ensure standard, compliant solutions across countries while respecting local realities. You drive cross-functional collaboration with HRIS teams and stakeholders to deliver effective, user-friendly HRIS outcomes. This position offers strategic influence on HR processes and system design within Basic-Fit’s international, growth-focused environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Consultative requirements engineering to extract true business needs and distinguish them from suggested system solutions
- On-the-ground discovery with local HR teams to identify friction points and edge cases
- Lead Adopt-vs-adapt workshops and promote standard Workday functionality before customization
- Maintain architectural ownership of the HCM sub-domain (Hire, Change, Terminate, Compensation & Benefits) and oversee implementations
- Partner with cross-domain HRIS Product Manager and Tech Lead to align functional solutions with system architecture
