Overview
As Facility Process & Transformation Lead, you translate the Facility Director’s vision into practical processes, building a service catalogue in the Helpdesk and configuring workflows with IT. You deploy AI agents to enhance service delivery and contribute to asset and supplier management. You work across facilities, technology, and partners to drive measurable performance against KPIs and SLAs. This role focuses on processes and tooling, not people, with a hands-on, impact-driven remit.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Translate strategic Facility Director plans into workable processes
- Build and maintain the service catalogue in the Helpdesk and input for the ticket intake app
- Design workflows, escalation paths, and categorisation with IT; implement changes
- Deploy AI agents to enhance service delivery
- Ensure asset data is collected and integrated with the new asset management system
- Monitor processes, identify issues, advise on improvements, and measure supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Facility background with understanding of how operations run on the work floor
- Process and/or project responsibility experience in a facility role
- Experience with ticketing/service management systems (Topdesk, ServiceNow, Planon) and setting up a service catalogue
- Affinity for and experience with AI tools/agents (prompting, process automation)
- Knowledge of IFM models, preferably multi-client experience
- Experience with KPI/SLA management, supplier management, and data-driven reporting
- Clear and direct communication with senior management and suppliers
- Practical, action-oriented mentality
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Ticketing/service management systems (Topdesk, ServiceNow, Planon)
