Overview
In this role you lead and orchestrate multi-project technology programs, aligning business strategy with actionable delivery roadmaps. You work with cross-functional teams and executives to govern, recover from escalations, and ensure commercial success. You shape opportunities, develop the delivery practice and coach teams to raise performance. This position offers the chance to influence large-scale transformations and partner with senior sponsors to deliver measurable outcomes.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead strategic, multi-project technology engagements and align roadmaps with business outcomes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across locations and vendors with clear ownership for delivery
- Design and oversee governance, risk management, and decision processes for complex engagements
- Manage engagement revenue, forecasting, budgets, profitability, and contract governance
- Drive growth by shaping proposals, bids, estimates, and statements of work
- Mentor and develop delivery managers and contribute to practice development and standardization across the practice
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 8–12+ years of experience in technology consulting or professional services with external clients
- Proven track record leading complex technology programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong commercial leadership including financial performance and contractual risk management
- Broad technology fluency across cloud, data, software engineering, and AI-enabled delivery models
- Experience tailoring Agile, traditional, and hybrid methodologies; certifications are advantageous
- Demonstrated coaching and distributed-team leadership and consulting practice development
