Overview
In this role you contribute to the complete radar software stack within an international, high-tech environment. You will work in the Sensor Processing group, collaborating with systems engineering and DSP experts to enable real-time radar control, data processing, and object tracking. You’ll shape modular software architectures that evolve with technology and requirements, using Agile practices to deliver robust, scalable systems. This position offers the chance to impact next-generation defence radar technology and performance-driven teams.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Develop and maintain radar software stack across control, transmission scheduling, real-time data processing, and object detection/classification algorithms
- Implement real-time software for complex radar systems within modular, evolvable architecture
- Collaborate in Agile teams to maintain development infrastructure and software processes
- Track and present detected objects to operator consoles
- Balance software architecture evolution with project requirements and technology changes
Belangrijkste vereisten
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics, or Electrical Engineering
- Approximately 10 years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience with Linux
- Strong programming experience in C++ and MATLAB
- Experience developing real-time software for complex systems
- Interest in radar control, high-performance computing, and digital data processing
- Experience with RDMA, OpenCL, and/or CUDA is a strong advantage
- Experience with software profiling and performance optimisation (desirable)
- Willingness to develop knowledge in Radar and DSP domains
- Good command of Dutch and English
