Overview
In this role you lead the creation and management of high-quality bids for Thales Netherlands Naval, coordinating with multiple departments to align commitments, baselines, risks, and costs. You drive bid lifecycles from initial baselines to final approvals, ensuring timely, compliant proposals that support project launches and business wins. You work in a cross-functional, Shipley-based process to deliver compelling customer offerings and capture enterprise knowledge for future bids.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Create and validate customer proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare offers based on validated internal commitments and ensure smooth transition to project baselines.
- Lead bid activities across lifecycles, define baselines, align with customer requirements and company strategy.
- Coordinate internal/external teams to meet bid timelines and milestones.
- Manage risks and opportunities, ensure consistency of proposals with baselines, requirements, costs and compliance.
- Present and obtain approvals in internal peer reviews; deliver cost estimations and managed risks.
- Contribute to bid closure and archiving, capture lessons learnt for enterprise knowledge sharing.
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor or Master in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Relevant bid/proposal management experience
- Entrepreneurial, flexible, can-do mentality
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle complex, multi-task environments
- Proficiency in English (Dutch a plus)
