Overview
As Autonomous Production Unit Manager, you ensure the efficient, autonomous operation of the production unit and drive process optimization for quality and cost efficiency. You’ll collaborate with engineering, logistics, and quality teams to meet production goals and implement continuous improvements. You will lead the production team, resolve technical issues, and safeguard safety and quality standards. You will work in a high-tech, international environment where initiative and collaboration shape outcomes.

- Supervise daily activities of the autonomous production unit
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Optimize production processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs
- Implement and monitor continuous improvements in production methods
- Coordinate and manage the production team, fostering collaboration
- Resolve technical and operational issues in the unit
- Ensure production targets are met within deadlines
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in production management or similar roles
- Knowledge of autonomous production techniques, soldering assembly and electrical test
- Continuous improvement knowledge (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in computer tools and production management software
- Proficiency in English; French and/or Italian a plus
