Overview
In this role you will lead a four-person supply chain team and drive end-to-end planning processes for the EMEA region. You will balance customer satisfaction with inventory and operational performance, collaborating across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Manufacturing. You’ll own demand and supply planning, manage regional manufacturing inputs, and push for process improvements and digitalization. This is a growth-focused role at Delta, helping scale supply chain capabilities across IMAL in EMEA.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of four supply chain professionals
- Drive demand planning and forecasting to improve accuracy and visibility
- Manage supply planning across manufacturing sites in China, India, and Slovakia
- Optimize inventory levels while preserving customer service targets
- Lead the EMEA SOP process and align cross-functionally
- Identify and mitigate supply risks, capacity constraints, and service challenges
- Drive process improvement, standardization, digitalization, and automation
- Monitor key supply chain metrics (forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, backlog, lead times, inventory health)
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 8+ years in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, or Logistics
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Experience with international supply chains and manufacturing in Asia and Europe
- Experience in Electronics, Power Electronics, Industrial Automation, or related industry preferred
- Strong leadership in SOP, demand planning, and supply planning
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Proven project and change management experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
