In this role you drive operational excellence for global service and repair by analyzing processes, governing master data, and delivering data-driven improvements. You collaborate with IT, operations, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, support system enhancements, and enable scalable support. You will monitor trends, document requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that impact service performance and data quality. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Analyze operational processes to uncover root causes and implement sustainable solutions
- Triaged and resolve operational and data-related issues with timely updates
- Partner with IT, Service and Repair Ops, Supply Chain, Finance, and Master Data teams on process challenges
- Monitor and maintain service and repair master data for accuracy and compliance
- Support system enhancements, defect resolutions, and UAT activities
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements for technical/functional teams
- Develop process documentation, knowledge articles, and best practices to improve efficiency
- Analyze data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in business analysis, process improvement, operational support, or related roles
- Experience with root cause analysis and issue resolution
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements and supporting cross-functional projects
- Experience supporting testing activities including UAT and validation of changes
- Professional proficiency in English
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with analytical rigor
- Attention to detail and data quality focus
- SAP ECC, SAP CS, or Master Data Management (MDM)
- ServiceNow experience in customer service or operational support
- Data governance and master data management practices
