Overview
In this role you will lead enterprise budgeting and forecasting for clinical trials across GCO and EPIX, establishing standardized methodologies and governance to enable decision-ready plans. You will translate study plans into financial projections, manage budgets through the study lifecycle, and drive forecast accuracy with regular analyses and risk oversight. You’ll collaborate with study teams and Finance to ensure compliant, high-quality financial outputs and continuous process improvements. This is a strategic, cross-functional role with a strong influence on portfolio decisions and financial health.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Establish and refine standardized budgeting and forecasting processes, templates, and governance
- Oversee budget versions, approvals, and change control across studies
- Lead forecasting cycles, variance analyses, and risk/opportunity reporting for the portfolio
- Serve as primary liaison between study teams and Finance; mentor teams on budgeting best practices
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools; ensure data quality and audit readiness; drive continuous improvement
Belangrijkste vereisten
- University degree is required
- Experience with clinical development portfolios and/or clinical trial finance (budgets, vendor/CRO spend, accruals)
- Proficiency with budgeting/forecasting tools, ERP, and advanced Excel; dashboarding/BI experience a plus
- Experience standardizing financial processes across multiple teams and improving forecast accuracy
- Experience leading through influence without direct reports, mentoring others
