Overview
In this Technical Project Manager role, you lead installation and delivery of Triton on board vessels, bridging technical delivery with customer needs. You will own project plans, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure safe, efficient installation. The role spans technical discussions and commercial alignment, turning complexity into actionable projects. You help shipowners operate fleets more sustainably and profitably through remote monitoring data insights. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position in a growing maritime tech team.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own technical projects from acceptance to delivery
- Create, update and monitor project plans with stakeholders
- Define and optimize scope, deliverables, budgets and planning with customers and commercial colleagues
- Coordinate information, components and resources for system installation
- Maintain close contact with suppliers, customers, engineering, sales and project teams
- Identify risks and improvement opportunities and take action
- Prepare project evaluations and report on technical, financial and process performance
- Draft and manage contract variations when scope or deliverables change
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of experience managing technical projects
- Strong planning and organizational skills
