Overview
In this role you will lead the MES program across Reckitt’s surface cleaning factory operations, aligning with engineering, quality, regulatory, R&D, and IT stakeholders. You will own the MES vision, strategy, and lifecycle, ensuring scalable, deeply integrated solutions with ERP/PLM and shop-floor systems. You will build business cases, manage budgets and timelines, and drive adoption and continuous improvement while engaging vendors such as Aveva MES. This is a chance to shape digital manufacturing capabilities that enable operational excellence.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Defines MES strategy and features aligned to operational goals and compliance standards
- Owns MES product vision, strategy, and roadmap for manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams
- Ensures MES scalability and deep integration with ERP, PLM, and shop-floor systems with regulatory alignment
- Develops business cases for MES investments and tracks realized value
- Manages budgets, timelines and resources for MES projects
- Monitors MES performance and user adoption to drive continuous improvement
- Engages with vendors and tracks industry trends for solution upgrades and capabilities enhancements
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Strong MES strategy, deployment, and lifecycle management experience in manufacturing environments
- Experience with Aveva MES and collaboration with external technology vendors
- Data-driven mindset translating production data and KPIs into actionable insights
- Solid understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, cloud-based manufacturing)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management with cross-functional influence
- Experience in high-speed batch processing and packaging in FMCG/CPG/chemicals environments
