Overview
In this role you will help define a data-driven manufacturing operations strategy within Reckitt’s Supply – Manufacturing area. You will lead a multi-year, high-impact digital and operational roadmap, aligning with supply goals and collaborating across engineering, manufacturing excellence and IT. You’ll translate operational data into practical business value, and drive regional engagement with stakeholders and external partners. This is a chance to shape manufacturing tech and analytics at scale in a global FMCG environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Shape and drive the product vision and strategy aligned with Supply business goals
- Lead a multi-year roadmap focused on digital and operational initiatives with high impact
- Identify opportunities to deliver measurable business value for plants/categories
- Establish data and product standards across systems, processes, and lifecycle management
- Build engagement across regions by partnering with stakeholders, super users, and business teams
- Manage relationships with external technology and platform partners, including integration and automation vendors
- Support continuous improvement and innovation across manufacturing and supply operations
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Strong understanding of IIoT, IT/OT integration, and manufacturing technologies
- Experience with industrial data platforms, databases, APIs, and streaming tech (Kafka/MQTT)
- Knowledge of data products, analytics, and scalable data solutions (Databricks or Azure Data Factory)
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG/CPG, or high-speed production environments
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
