Overview
In this role you will oversee daily facility operations across NL locations, guiding FM colleagues and coordinating real estate, safety, and sustainability initiatives. You’ll drive process improvements, optimize space usage, and maintain a productive, safe work environment. You collaborate with procurement and external partners to deliver efficient facilities services, balancing budgetary constraints with quality outcomes. This is a hands-on role at a dynamic manufacturing site with cross-functional impact.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Plan and coordinate facility work across Emmen, Arnhem, and future NL locations; lead real estate support and ensure optimal facility condition
- Identify and drive process improvements, optimize supplier relationships, and improve space utilization
- Serve as main contact for employees and external suppliers; schedule rooms and address malfunctions
- Monitor and deliver within facility budget frameworks
- Support implementation of safety and sustainability initiatives (e.g., recycling programs)
- Source, contract, and manage facility service providers in collaboration with Spend Manager
