Overview
In this role you ensure supplier warehouses and service centers are ready to support ASML’s factory network. You own budget, cost control, and performance improvements, driving infrastructure changes to keep locations fit-for-purpose. You translate business needs into logistics facilities and manage infrastructure projects at scale, ensuring on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment. You work with cross-functional teams to optimize costs, availability, and performance, enabling a reliable supply chain that supports ASML’s growth.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Plan and manage the budget for the suppliers in the assigned responsibility
- Manage the supplier on performance through periodical business reviews (weekly / monthly)
- Ensure locations stay fit for purpose by driving infrastructural changes and translating storage requirements into facilities
- Manage the assigned budget for operations and projects
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Procurement, Suppliers, factory logistics)
- Define, drive and deliver optimization projects to reduce costs, improve material availability and/or performance
- Act as a subject matter expert in the field
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5+ years experience in a Supply Chain or Logistics position
- Experience with Project Management
- Experience with Service Logistics and/or managing 3PLs
- Process standardization
- LEAN
- MSc. or Bachelor in Supply Chain Management
- Travel up to 20% within Eindhoven region
- Self-starter and finisher
- Detail-oriented while maintaining overview and prioritization
- Able to build rapports and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Project Management
- Service Logistics and/or 3PL management
- LEAN
