Overview
As Technical Consultant, PVH, you enable safe adoption of Medtronic's Peripheral Vascular Health portfolio across the BeNeLux region. You will combine technical, clinical, and scientific expertise to support procedures, education, and product utilization, working closely with surgeons, radiologists, and sales teams. The role emphasizes hands-on in-field support, training, and stakeholder collaboration to drive successful patient outcomes. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Provide in-field technical and clinical support during PVH procedures and customer cases.
- Deliver product training and education programs for healthcare professionals on PVH portfolio usage.
- Support sales teams with clinical, technical, and scientific expertise throughout the sales process.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for physicians, clinical staff, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver scientific and clinical presentations at customer meetings and educational events.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal clinical or technical experts.
- Provide post-procedure follow-up and application support to ensure successful product utilization and customer satisfaction.
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Ability to travel up to 80% across Belgium and BeNeLux, including daily visits.
- Experience in healthcare, MedTech, clinical support, technical consulting, or a customer-facing technical role.
- Valid driver's license.
