Overview
As a Senior Quantitative Business Analyst, you design and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve internal efficiency and decision-making. You’ll lead cross-team initiatives within a flat OPS culture, collaborating with data engineers on AWS to scale impactful automations. The role blends entrepreneurship with hands-on building—from problem framing to deployment and ongoing optimization. You’ll bridge tech and business, delivering pragmatic, high-impact outcomes that support Sendcloud’s growth.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead cross-team projects and set engineering and collaboration standards for AI initiatives
- Own end-to-end solutions from problem framing to deployment and post-live optimization
- Coach and mentor other QBAs, raising the team's overall capability in AI
- Translate complex business challenges into practical, high-impact data/AI solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and value delivery
- Drive early value delivery through an entrepreneurial mindset and iterative improvement
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master’s degree in a technical field
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with coding, data warehouses, cloud, AI, ETL, Python, LangChain/Graph
- Located in Brabant or Limburg and available to work in office at least 3x per week
- Strong analytical mindset and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
