Overview
In this role you design and build AI agents, workflows and data solutions to boost internal efficiency and decision-making. You will lead cross-team initiatives within our Operations Department and collaborate with data engineers on AWS. The position blends business insight with technical delivery, driving pragmatic AI-enabled improvements. - Own end-to-end AI solutions from problem framing to deployment and optimization
- Design, build and implement AI agents, workflows and data solutions
- Lead cross-team projects and coach other QBAs
- Bridge business and tech by translating complex challenges into practical, high-impact solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand problems and deliver value quickly
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Master’s degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer or Software Science or another technical field
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Experience with coding, data warehouses, cloud, AI, ETL, Python, LangChain/Graph
- Located in Brabant or Limburg and able to work in the office at least 3 days per week
