Overview
In this role you own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a strategic product initiative within Sendcloud. You lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, data, operations, and commercial teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll translate market and customer insights into scalable product decisions while shaping the company’s product standards and ways of working. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own strategic product topics and roadmap, translating them into clear priorities and explicit trade-offs
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of product managers, including goal setting, feedback, hiring, and career development
- Turn customer, market, and data insights into scalable product decisions and prune ideas that don’t hold up
- Project-manage complex initiatives from scope to live, maintaining timelines, stakeholders, and risks
- Connect product work to commercial reality by building the business case, tracking ROI, and defending outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, data, operations, commercial, and legal to execute and communicate progress to leadership
- Help shape the Sendcloud way of product standards, frameworks, and rituals to increase speed and outcomes
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5+ years in product management
- Experience leading or mentoring product managers
- Track record of owning a product area or strategic topic end to end with measurable business outcomes
- Experience with complex, high-traffic SaaS platforms and working with engineering on trade-offs
- Structured, data-driven decision-making and comfort with digging into numbers
- Proven ability to run large, cross-functional projects to completion in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent English communication; Dutch is a plus
- Affinity with e-commerce or logistics platforms is a plus
