Overview
In this role you will support the Lead to Order (L2O) stream by turning user stories into practical pricing solutions. You will act as a bridge between IT and business Product Owners, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable product functionality. You will design tests, enable user training, and resolve incidents within SLAs. This position offers the chance to shape pricing capabilities in a sustainability-focused, innovative company.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Translate and socialize business requirements into actionable IT solutions for stakeholders
- Oversee overall functionality, quality, performance, and security of in-scope products
- Design tests and test plans for prototypes and products
- Develop and deliver user training
- Analyze problems and ensure incident resolution within SLA and user satisfaction
- Act as sparring partner and trusted advisor between IT and business Product Owners
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master's degree in technology (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with business process modeling, analyses and re-design in the L2O domain
- Experience defining functional and non-functional solution requirements
- Experience in implementation and integration of global IT solutions in SAP SD pricing and Vistex
