Overview
In this role you drive customer success for Fluke FPC accounts, ensuring adoption, retention and revenue growth. You build trusted advisor relationships with key customers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences. You craft customer success plans that address critical factors and align with company goals, while identifying upsell opportunities. You will operate in an international, team‑oriented environment that values collaboration, problem solving and ongoing growth.

- Establish trusted advisor relationship with Fluke FPC customers to meet/exceed expectations
- Increase adoption, retention, and revenue with key accounts
- Develop success plans outlining critical success factors and growth
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to solve problems
- Participate in team collaboration and share best practices
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor Degree (Business field preferred)
- 1-2 years in a B2B environment in the professional industry
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
- CRM experience (Dynamics CRM, Salesforce)
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems
- Independent working with accountability and organization
